The coronavirus vaccination helpline tel. +358 (0)2 266 0159 closes on 1st June and opens after summer at 22nd August (8:00-14:00).

During the summer, queueing numbers for vaccinations will be shared one hour before vaccinations start. A limited number of vaccinations can be given.

Vaccinations without booking for Turku residents older than 12 years:

During the summer, queueing numbers for vaccinations will be shared one hour before vaccinations start. A limited number of vaccinations can be given.

From 28 June to 30th July:

  • Varissuo health station (Nisse Kavon katu 3) on Tuesdays from 12:00 to 15:30
  • City Centre health station (Käsityöläiskatu 2) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12:00 to 15:30
  • Mäntymäki health station (Luolavuorentie 2) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12:00 to 15:30

Vaccinations for children without booking on 1 June to 21 August 2022:

  • For children aged 5 to 11 on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 15:30 at Mullintie local service point. No queueing numbers for childrens vaccinations.

    If the time of vaccination appointment is not suitable and you need to cancel it, you can choose one of these two methods: 

    1. By calling the The Health centres of Turku City joint number 02 266 1130. Leave a voice mail message including your name, date of birth, and the vaccination appointment you wish to cancel. You can call 24/7 to leave a voice mail message.

    After cancellation, can you book a new vaccination appointment online via eTerveyspalvelut.

      Vaccinations for children aged 5 to 11 are given on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 15:30 at Mullintie local service point. Vaccinations continue at the Satakunnantie vaccination reception on Monday, 22 August 2022.

    Location for the vaccination 

    Note! Satakunnantie vaccination reception is closed from 1 June to 21 August 2022.

    • The location for the vaccines is Satakunnantie 105.
    • Easy to get by a bus: Föli lines 2, 2A, 2B, 2C, 6, 7, 60, 88, 206, 300, 301, 302 and 303. Additional information: foli.fi/en Restrected amount of free parking spaces.
    • The portable toilets of the vaccination reception facilities are in the vicinity of the exit. You can wash your hands with antiseptic foam in the portable toilets.

    What do I have to take into consideration when I arrive to the vaccination?

    • Only come for your vaccination if you are well.
    • Maintain good hand hygiene.
    • Bring your Kela card with you.
    • Wear a shirt that you can easily take off.
    • Be prepared to stay at the vaccination site for approximately 15 minutes after vaccination.

    Safety measures against coronavirus must continue even after vaccination

    • After vaccination, the customer receives patient instructions on what to do after vaccination and who to contact in case of problems.  
       
    • At the time of the first dose, the patient is informed about the timing of the second dose.
       
    • Even after you have been vaccinated, it is important to keep a safety distance, wear a mask, take care of hand and coughing hygiene and follow other regulations to prevent the spreading of coronavirus.
