Guidance on how to use digital services is available at Monitori Market Square and Monitori Skanssi. The service provides support and guidance for using the City of Turku’s digital services. In addition to this, Kela also provides digital support for Kela services at the Monitoris.
Monitori Market Square and Monitori Skanssi also has several computers that customers can use.
Customers are served by the previously established Monitori Skanssi as before on the 2nd floor of the shopping centre. It is a joint service centre of the City of Turku, Kela and the Turku and Kaarina Parish Union.
At Skanssi, you have access to a wide range of services:

Monitori Market Square is a joint centralised customer service point of the City of Turku and Kela, located right at the centre of Turku on the corner of the Market Square. Monitori serves its customers face-to-face, by phone or by chat.

All health stations and local service points are equipped with feedback terminals that are used to collect information about customer satisfaction. The replies collected with these terminals are automatically compiled into monthly reports.
You may also submit your feedback online via the City of Turku feedback service or with printed customer feedback forms that are available in the City’s service locations.
Feedback related to laboratory and imaging services can be submitted via the Hospital District of Southwest Finland feedback service.
